The Theme for this Year Annual Meeting and conference is all about how we prepare our workforce for the nursing and midwifery agenda of the future. Health services globally are changing and have additional challenges in terms of funding, work force deficits, changing roles and extended roles. There is an increased need to ensure that our students and practitioners are fit for purpose.

This conference seeks to examine the measures that we need to put in place to ensure fit for purpose nurses, resilient practitioners and preparation for advancing roles. We would really value some examination and discussion around some key strategic developments
